 Data storage

Data is stored securely in data centers managed by NUEGILITYHEALTH® in the Republic of South Africa. NUEGILITYHEALTH® apply perimeter controls and these are unknown. No power critical systems are held in our offices. Fire/flood detection and suppression systems are employed in NUEGILITYHEALTH®’s offices.

Backup and Security

In terms of security, access to security logs are strictly controlled within our development team, we follow advice from Microsoft as to when security patches should be applied. Authorised support and sales executives have access to your Profile; a smaller set of NUEGILITYHEALTH® staff have administrator access to our network and server infrastructure.

Data breach

In the event of a data breach, the point of contact from NUEGILITYHEALTH® is the Managing Member and Responsible Pharmacist, and Business Manager. He/she will invoke the data control procedure with the Managing Member, as required. Then report the breach to the relevant supervisory authority within accordance to the POPI (Act 4 of 2013) of the Republic of South Africa, from the time of the organisation becoming aware of it. NUEGILITYHEALTH® will notify affected persons within accordance to the POPI (Act 4 of 2013) of the Republic of South Africa, from the time of becoming aware of the breach.

Data retention

Personal information will be retained for the purposes of making a purchase and, if one has opted in for our NUEGILITYHEALTH® marketing.

At NUEGILITYHEALTH®, we’ve agreed our data retention period will be 18 months. This means we will delete NUEGILITYHEALTH® Client profiles after 18 months of inactivity.

Email opt out

Any client who wishes to opt out of NUEGILITYHEALTH® Marketing can request to do so under the Right to Erasure. NUEGILITYHEALTH® will execute opt-outs on behalf of clients within ten working days. Shipping Rates

FREE Shipping applies to all orders in South Africa, however a handling fee of R99 will apply to orders less than R500 at retail.

Where do you deliver to?

We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas within the Republic of South Africa.

Do you ship Internationally?

We do currently deliver internationally.

The quotes to ship internationally, are subject to change due to the interpretation of the pertaining customs authorities of the Country.

The shipping rates are calculated depending on the Country of shipment.
All Taxes and duties will be liable for the International Shipment Customers account.

OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (South Africa Only)

The courier delivery fee for overnight delivery service is R270. All orders for overnight delivery need to be made by 14:00 the day prior to the requested delivery date. Any orders for overnight express which are placed after 14:00 will be dispatched the next working day. Any orders placed over a weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Overnight delivery service for major centres only. Outlying areas may experience a slight delay.

What time will my parcel be delivered?

We cannot give a time when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel. There are so many factors which influence the delivery time such as traffic, delays at a previous stop or a technical problem.

Delivery will take place between business hours, from 08:00 to 17:00. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel.

Can I track my parcel?

Yes. You will receive a shipping email that will include a waybill number and a link to track your parcel online.

My parcel is delayed what should I do?

All our parcel deliveries are done via third party courier companies. This means that we cannot affect the operations of the third-party company.

Unfortunately parcel delays do and will happen, however we follow-up with the respective service providers immediately.

Please contact the courier company to enquire about your parcel using the shipping confirmation email sent to you.

We have a dedicated customer service agent from the courier company assigned to us who will follow-up all our delayed parcels.

Alternatively please send an email to onlinestore@NUEGILITYHEALTHfit.com and we will follow-up with the courier company.

Just place your Order # with Delayed in the subject line and send it through to us.

Receiving or collecting your parcel.

We please ask that someone be present at the delivery address during working hours to receive the parcel.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will exchange it subject to the below terms.

This Policy forms part of the NUEGILITYHEALTH Terms & Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms & Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise. Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit your statutory rights in any way.

My items were delivered damaged. What do I do?

Should an item be damaged (product is squashed or visibly damaged during transit), please send an email to returns@NUEGILITYHEALTH.com with photos of the damaged item. Damaged goods must be reported to us in this way within 7 days after receiving it. The courier company will then be notified to collect the product from you and once we have received and inspected it, you will be issued with a replacement product. Replacement product will be issued within 7 working days.

You delivered the incorrect item. What do I do?

Should you have received the incorrect item (product, flavour or size) than that ordered, please email returns@NUEGILITYHEALTH.com. Incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to us in this way within 7 days after receiving it. The courier company will then be notified to collect the product from you and once we have received and inspected it, you will be issued with a replacement product. Replacement product will be issued within 7 working days.

My product is defective. What do I do?

Should an item be faulty or defective (product is impossible to consume or is visibly defected), please send an email to returns@NUEGILITYHEALTH.com. Defective goods must be reported to us in this way within 7 days after receiving it. The courier company will then be notified to collect the product from you and once we have received and inspected it, you will be issued with a replacement product. Replacement product will be issued within 7 working days.

I have received my correct order but just don’t want it anymore. What do I do?

Should you for some reason no longer want the item that you have purchased and the product is still sealed in its original packaging, please send an email to returns@NUEGILITYHEALTH.com. At your own accord you will need to notify a courier company and return the product to the below address, at your own cost, and once we have received and inspected it, you will be issued with a replacement product. If the product has been opened and isn’t faulty, you will not be able to return it for a replacement product. Replacement product will be issued within 7 working days.
